Distance contract

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must specify the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (Cabinet Regulations).

The seller of the goods offered in this online store SIA Boulangerie, Reg. No. 42103060947, Ludviķa iela 12-4, Liepāja, LV-3401, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment procedure

The Buyer places an order for goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer can pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated in the online store, by card payment, or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. After successful payment of the order, the client receives a confirmation e-mail.

The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 20 working days after payment for the goods has been received, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Collection at the Seller's actual address Kuršu iela 2, Liepāja, LV-3401 is free of charge (by prior arrangement of times)

The customer chooses the delivery method when placing the order.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller to the company's e-mail address [email protected], return address: Kuršu iela 2, Liepāja, LV-3401, using postal, parcel machine, courier services, informing the Seller in advance.  The Seller sends the withdrawal letter form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer's request.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All expenses related to sending the goods back to the Seller are covered by the Buyer. The return of goods is also possible in person at the Seller's physical address Kuršu iela 2, Liepāja, LV-3401. The Seller transfers the money for the returned goods to the Buyer to the bank account from which the purchase was made no later than 2 days after receiving the goods, if the goods are returned without damage, signs of use, in the condition in which they were sent to the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • the ordered goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, or they deteriorate quickly or are quickly consumed;
  • the ordered goods are made specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;
  • the goods show obvious signs of use, such as scratches, dirt, etc.;
  • the goods have obvious mechanical damage.

Section 12, sixth part of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal." The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation in case the goods are damaged, used carelessly during use, instructions are not followed, the original packaging of the goods is lost, or the packaging is significantly damaged.

Order cancellation policy

The Buyer has the right to reconsider and immediately cancel the order by informing the Seller about the cancellation of the order during the Seller's working hours, on working days from 9:00 to 19:00 by calling: 26986336 or by sending a withdrawal to the e-mail indicated on the website: [email protected] before the order is processed.

Exchange of goods

The purchased goods can be exchanged for an identical one only in a different size or color, if the original tags and packaging are preserved. The exchange of goods can only be carried out in person at Kuršu iela 2, Liepāja, LV-3401, no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods. If the exchange is not possible immediately, the seller has the right to carry out the exchange within 7 working days.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of Latvian legislation. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail.

Dispute resolution rules

Disputes regarding the fulfillment of obligations are resolved through negotiations. BUYERS who are considered consumers within the meaning of regulatory enactments have the right to use alternative dispute resolution options specified in regulatory enactments by submitting a written application to the SELLER for out-of-court dispute resolution, indicating:

1. Name, surname, contact information;

2. Date of submission of the application

3. The essence of the dispute, claims and their justification.
