DOCG – Friuli Colli OrientaliThe grapes are ripened on the vine, harvested by hand, then the berries are dried for two months, after which the juice is extracted with a pneumatic press. Vinification takes place in modern stainless steel tanks, and before bottling, the wine is aged for 10 months in oak and acacia barrels.
Perusini Picolit is characterized by an elegant aroma of acacia flowers and honey. The taste is elegant, with notes of apricots and cherries.
