With more than twenty years of experience guiding both coffee enthusiasts and professionals, James inspires with his passion for specialty coffee in this special project. Building on the success of previous tasting events, which involved more than 17,000 people, this project promises new discoveries in the world of coffee.

In collaboration with Caravela Coffee, a recognized green coffee exporter from Latin America, the Decaf Project highlights quality, transparency, and the art of decaffeination. Caravela, with almost 25 years of experience, brings together skilled coffee growers in Latin America with trusted roasters around the world, promoting both excellence and integrity in the specialty coffee industry.

Such an interesting set of coffees. I cupped all four blind with my wife and ended up liking the Swiss Water Process better than any others (including the full caffeinated version). A bit different when I tried them as espresso--caffeinated came in first and the differences between the other three were much more narrow. It was all in all very fun and tasty.

Not really my taste of coffee, but incredible teaching experience. Will love to participate in more such projects. Providerwise: reasonable pricing, good packing, reliable delivery. Nice medium light roast, would like to have it way darker to my taste, but I guess that would be outside of parameters of this project. 5/5, would recommend
